I’m a startup strategist, venture designer, and business coach.
I've been a founder myself, and now help passionate entrepreneurs move their projects forward via a hybrid coaching-consulting offering.

Alchemical was born to offer something more collaborative and cost-effective than hiring a consultant, but more hands on than traditional coaching.
It's a bit like having an unofficial business partner—an experienced entrepreneur who can help keep you on track, build your skills, and tackle projects with you.
Formula
The approach is simple: a package of 4 or 6 tailored one-hour sessions, scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
These are your entrepreneurial 'office hours', focussed on your current goals and challenges, adapting as your business evolves. It could be brainstorming ideas, tackling a specific problem, or navigating unfamiliar territory—we’ll work on it together.

Where it started

Curiosity has always been my catalyst. I love to ask questions, and uncover how things work. That’s what drew me to the world of venture building.
Over the past decade, I’ve used a lean, agile approach to design, test, and launch new products and services across a diverse range of industries—including co-living, cybersecurity, insurtech, home improvement, travel, and social enterprise.
I've worked with organisations at every stage of growth, from early-stage bootstrappers crafting their first offerings to billion-dollar market leaders looking to play in new spaces.
I’ve also co-developed several enterprise tech solutions, and oversee the strategic side of Kite & Wire, a boutique business and technology consultancy I run with my husband.
Through it all, I’ve experienced the highs and lows of the entrepreneurial journey. It's my mission now to help other founders grow and build thriving businesses.
